Busy-ness Cards
As an illustrator, my skills and style are constantly improving and changing, so I found it restricting that I could have 200 business cards printed out that would be "out of date" in 2 months.
So I started my busy-ness cards. Each business card's artwork is hand drawn by me, and each one is one of a kind. Quite literally, they keep me very busy.
Destructive
Some fun elements in a self portrait.
have a delicious day
The illustration itself is black and white with the intention that it'll be made in to a poster for people to color in. The idea was to offer a wide range of foods and drinks for people to taste and color in after they experienced it. Whether it's a personal venture of food exploration, a game with food buddies, or a question of where to eat with your date, "have a delicious day" was meant to remind people of a handful of other things to try out there.
Zuter
An entry in to the Pokemon Fusion contest held by the EXP Bar in Vancouver. (It's a Zubat + Haunter)
Borentra Logo
I was commissioned to create the logo for Borentra - the Red Panda. It was an interesting mascot, and with the theme of Borentra being "borrowing", the sugar cube is an homage to the phrase, "Borrow sugar from your neighbor."
Boss the Bearded Dragon
This is Boss the Bearded Dragon, the pet of a friend of mine. I found him really adorable, so to my friend's surprise, I drew and digitally painted him.
Court Tree Dim Sum
Commissioned by Court Tree in New York to paint this for their little dim sum cook off.
Pug Life
I love pugs. While I have never owned a pug, there's something about pugs that makes them stand out, so I dedicated some time in making prints and stickers of the "Pug Life" to try to capture the charm pugs have.
Blub-Blub Beavers - Interactive Illustration
An HTML/CSS project I had to do for school, which I worked in to being a collaborative project with two of my good friends. I was in charge of project management, overall concept, the illustrations of "America", "Canada", and coding.
The project can be found here.
Chinese Hannya Masks
Inspired by the style of hannya masks, theme from the animals of the Chinese zodiac.
Global Game Jam 2013 T-Shirt Design
I was given the opportunity to design the 2013 Global Game Jam T-shirt. I drew inspiration from my experience in participating in the event, archetypal heroes in games, and Alvin Lee's technique of collaging characters.
Richmond Nightmarket Pandas
Summer-time project to create a mock ad campaign for the Richmond Nightmarket.
Grimm Backgrounds
Backgrounds inspired by Grimm fairytales.
Certified Kawaii as F***
Badge design and practice for the heck of it, dedicated to a phrase my friends and I use often.
Access Pacific Enterprise
My current occupation as a graphic designer at Access Pacific Enterprise has opened my opportunities to do various branding work, client work, and design ranging from packaging to web design. As the only graphic designer at Access Pacific Enterprise, I've taken on the role of creating a more solidified brand aesthetic for the company.
The company's two websites - Access Pacific Enterprises and Miracle Cups were both designed and coded by me.
new day. new place.
A submission in to an iPad design contest hosted by papernomad. Miscellaneous lines were provided as the template design.
Daily Points
A project I started to challenge myself to create simplistic icons that highlight my day, whether they be miscellaneous thoughts, frustrations or achievements. The project has given me the chance to learn something new in Illustrator everyday.
Their meaning, and additional Daily Points, can be found in my sketchblog.
Vancity Pride
A few submissions in to a T-Shirt.

Her name's Eugenia Leung
She is a graduate of British Columbia Institute of Technology's Technical Web Design, an intensive 6 month program training in HTML5, CSS, Javascript/jQuery, and pHp. Additionally, Eugenia has a Bachelor’s Degree of Fine Arts in Animation from Emily Carr University of Art and Design. She strives to establish herself in the world of concept art, illustration and graphic design by utilizing programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, and Adobe Dreamweaver, despite having focused on character animation in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Aftereffects, and Autodesk Maya in school. Pencil, pen, and paper are also her best friends too.
but people call her Euge
She has a love for concept art books, pens, silly doodles and game ideas with friends, and going to the gym. Creature creation, character development, and playing video games are her hobbies, in the midst of her love for tattoos, simplistic design, and awe-inspiring typography. Conversations come easy to her, and leadership seems to be a second nature as she often finds herself as the project manager or director for any project she is in.
and she lives in Canada
Richmond, British Columbia to be exact.
But you can contact her (without going all the way there) via: eugenialeung@hotmail.com
